Agile Coach

An Agile Coach is responsible for guiding organisations and teams in adopting and implementing Agile principles and practices. They play a crucial role in helping teams deliver high-quality products and services efficiently. Agile Coaches typically work closely with various stakeholders, including project managers, product owners, and development teams.


Tasks:

  • Facilitating Agile adoption and transformation within organisations.
  • Providing guidance and coaching to teams on Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, and Lean.
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops to educate team members on Agile principles and practices.

How to Enter

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science, Engineering, or Business.
  • Agile certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP), or SAFe Agilist.
  • Proven experience in Agile coaching or relevant roles, preferably in a software development environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile principles, methodologies, and frameworks.
  • Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
