Cybersecurity Consultant

A Cybersecurity Consultant is responsible for evaluating, designing, and implementing security solutions to protect an organisation's data, networks, and systems from cyber threats. They work with clients to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities and develop strategies to mitigate them. Additionally, they may provide training to staff and stakeholders on best practices for cybersecurity.


Tasks:

  • Conducting security assessments and audits to identify risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Developing security policies and procedures for clients.
  • Implementing security solutions, such as firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and encryption tools.
  • Conducting penetration testing and vulnerability scanning to identify weaknesses.
