Ground Handling Crew

Ground Handling Crew are responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to the safe and efficient handling of aircraft and passengers. This includes baggage handling, aircraft marshalling, aircraft refuelling, de-icing, and maintenance. They also assist passengers with check-in, boarding, and disembarking from aircraft.


Tasks:

  • Loading and unloading luggage and cargo.
  • Marshalling aircraft and directing them to and from the gate.
  • Refuelling and servicing aircraft.
  • De-icing aircraft during winter months.
  • Cleaning and maintaining the aircraft cabin.
  • Assisting passengers with boarding and disembarking.
  • Handling and responding to customer queries and complaints.
  • Coordinating with other airport personnel and airlines to ensure efficient operation of ground handling services.
