Reservations Agent

A Reservations Agent is responsible for managing customer inquiries and reservations for a company's products or services. The role involves communicating with customers to provide information on availability, rates, and promotions. The agent also handles the booking process, updates reservation details in the computer system, and works closely with other departments to ensure the smooth delivery of services.


Tasks:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.

  • Input and update reservation details in the computer system.
  • Process payments and issue receipts.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of reservations and related data.
