Social Media Manager

A Social Media Manager is responsible for developing, implementing and managing the company's social media strategy in order to increase online presence, improve marketing and sales efforts, and enhance the company's overall brand image. The role requires knowledge of current social media trends and technologies, as well as strong communication skills and the ability to analyse and interpret social media metrics.


Tasks:

  • Develop and implement a social media strategy that aligns with the company's goals and objectives.
  • Create and manage social media content across various platforms, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Monitor and analyse social media metrics, using this data to optimise the company's social media strategy.
  • Respond to social media inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop social media campaigns that engage and grow the company's online community.
  • Work with other departments within the company to ensure social media content is consistent with overall marketing and branding efforts.
