The Discovery Financial Adviser (DFA) Academy is an elite two-year programme that aims to recruit graduates and develop them into world-class Discovery financial advisers. The programme looks to fill Discovery’s distribution channels with talented, competent financial advisers, poised to handle the complexity of the intermediary landscape while providing excellent financial planning advice and service to their clients. Successful candidates will gradually be mentored by our Sales Managers, provided with rigorous product training, and will be given regulatory and marketing support.
