Who Can Apply

South African Citizenship Permanent Resident with a South African ID Number. Applicants must be under the age of 30 on closing date of application. Applicants must ensure that they have applied to our partner universities for academic study and placement in the PGCE course for 2021. Our partner universities are the University of Cape Town, the University of Pretoria, the University of Witwatersrand, and the University of Johannesburg.
