Ford Motor Company of Southern Africa (FMCSA) helps the youth of South Africa make their dreams for a bright future come true by providing invaluable practical experience in the workplace every year. FMCSA will provide a sponsorship to top final year students to complete their academic qualifications. Bursary students may be considered for the Graduate Trainee Program once they have successfully completed their studies. The Graduate Trainee program is run over a period of 24 months and covers extensive training and development opportunities for Graduates from various fields of study, e.g. Engineering, Finance and Marketing. Although there are no guarantees of permanent employment after the successful completion of the Graduate Trainee program, the graduates may apply for any vacancies in the relevant departments.

Who Can Apply
Students who have completed their Degrees or National Diplomas in Human Resources, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Electrical), Graduate- Engineering (Industrial), Purchasing, Finance, Marketing, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management. For CA students: Students who have successfully completed B.Com (Hons) and obtained CTA (Certificate in the Theory of Accounting).
